"Great once you get the hang of it"
I picked up a ZSA keyboard mainly for the customizable layout features, and overall I’ve been really happy with it. There was definitely a bit of a learning curve when it came to moving keys around and setting up layers, so it’s not something I’d call instantly intuitive. But after spending some time with it, making changes feels easy now. I really like being able to fine-tune small things as my workflow changes, and that flexibility has made it feel worth it for me.

"Solid stuff"
The cables and keycaps feel really solid, not cheap or flimsy. Everything fit the way it should, and it showed up packed nicely. No complaints

"Good keyboard, but the keycaps could be better"
Not gonna lie, the keyboard I got from ZSA Innovations works fine and I’ve had no real issues using it. That said, the keycaps feel a little average for what it costs, and a few of the legends look slightly uneven. It’s not terrible by any means, I just expected a bit more polish at this price.

"Arrived okay, just took a while"
It took a bit longer than I was hoping, and the tracking didn’t really update much (which was a little frustrating). The product did arrive in good condition though, so overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of slow

"Took a Minute, But It Got Better"
The learning curve was definitely a bit steep at first, because apparently I needed a few days to remember I’m not completely helpless. But once I got the hang of it, things felt a lot smoother and much easier to use...

"Super easy to pack"
I mostly remember how simple it is to pack this up and take it with me. It fits away without much fuss, which is really what stands out. I’m sure the cables have gotten a little messy here and there, but that’s not the part that sticks in my mind.

"I like it overall and it does what…"
I like it overall and it does what it’s supposed to, but the wear started showing quickly. Not sure if it’s the materials or whoever runs this cutting corners, but it’s a little disappointing for something that seemed solid at first.

"Actually Impressed by the RGB"
I got my ZSA the RGB is way better than I expected. I figured it would be one of those flashy gimmicks, but it’s actually easy to set the colors and it looks surprisingly clean on my desk at night. Not bad at all for something I didn’t think I’d care about

"I’ve been using my ZSA keyboard for…"
I’ve been using my ZSA keyboard for a few weeks now, typing just feels so much better. It definitely took me a little while to adjust to the layout, but once it clicked, my hands felt way less cramped and I started making fewer mistakes. The keys have a really nice feel to them too, and they’re not too loud, which I appreciate. Overall, I’m really happy I made the switch, it’s kind of amazing how much more comfortable something so everyday can feel

"Finally, my wrists aren’t screaming at me"
I got a ZSA Innovations keyboard a couple weeks ago because I was so tired of dealing with constant wrist pain from typing all day. Like, it was getting ridiculous. It took me a little while to get used to the layout and stop fumbling around, but now my wrist pain is mostly gone and even my shoulders don’t feel as tight. I’m annoyed I didn’t try something like this sooner, but yeah, it’s been worth it.

"It works, but I’m not totally sold"
It does what it’s supposed to do, but setting up the layers felt way more clunky and confusing than I expected. I kept wondering if I was missing something or if it was just designed that way, which made me a little suspicious about how polished the whole thing really is.

I had one small hiccup with it, which felt a bit unnecessary, but overall it’s been reliable and I’m happy with it...

"I had a small issue with…"
I had a small issue with my keyboard and wasn’t sure if it was me doing something wrong or the board itself. zsa support got back to me quick, and they didn’t make me feel dumb for asking really basic questions. They walked me through few things to check, and we got it sorted out. It was a really nice experience compared to lot of support tickets I’ve dealt with before.

"I mostly bought this because I liked…"
I mostly bought this because I liked how it looked, i’m glad I did. It looks really nice in person — simple, clean, and not too flashy. I wasn’t totally sure at first if the shape was going to work for me, and it did take a little getting used to, so I’m giving it 4 stars. Still, overall I’m happy with it.

"I’ve been using my ZSA board daily and…"
I’ve been using my ZSA board daily and overall it feels really nice to type on :) The build is solid and I definitely enjoy using it, but the sound profile is a little hit or miss for me. Some keys have this slightly hollow sound, and while it’s not awful, it’s not as clean or dampened as I was hoping for at this price. A few switches sound better than others too, which makes it feel a bit inconsistent. Still a good keyboard, just wish it sounded more refined right out of the box. 3 stars feels about right!

"Great for my wrists, even if it makes me fiddle with it"
The tenting adjustment is actually solid and my wrists definitely notice the difference. It took me a few days to figure out the angle I liked, and I still mess with it here and there because apparently it can’t just let me be satisfied. I do wish it was a bit quicker to adjust, but overall it works well and does what I needed.

"My wrists finally feel a little relieved"
I bought this mainly because of the split layout, i still remember how sore my wrists used to feel after a long day of typing. This has helped a lot with that. The thumb keys felt a little awkward at first, and it took me a few days to stop thinking about every press, but now it feels surprisingly natural. I’m really glad I gave it a chance

"Took Me a Bit to Figure Out the Layers"
When I first started using it, I got a little confused with the layer setup. I had to click around and experiment for a while before I really understood what was going on. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I do wish it felt a bit more straightforward

"Works fine once you get it going"
It works fine now, but the setup was a bit confusing at first... took me a little while to figure out what I was supposed to do. Once I got past that, everything seemed to run well.

"Does the job and tidies things up"
It works fine overall, and my desk definitely looks a lot cleaner now. I guess it’s not the most exciting thing in the world, but that’s probably a good thing, it just does what it’s supposed to do without any fuss
